Welcome to AI Bed Software, which is developed by yuanxin zhuang. It is a software to control Smart Bed and Smart Sofa in real time through a mobile app with Bluetooth remote control function. 1. Information we process and the purpose of processing your information
We will process two main categories of information. Our mission is to continually improve our software and services and provide you with a new or better experience. As part of this mission, we use your information for the following purposes. If any new purpose for processing your personal data arises, we will notify you before we begin processing information about that new purpose by making the appropriate changes to this Privacy Policy.
Permission Information
(1) Bluetooth use. The first time you add a device you need to pair it with a network, and you can voluntarily grant us access to Bluetooth in order to discover your device. We can only access your Bluetooth rights if you confirm your permission.
(2) Location permission information, due to the Bluetooth SDK requirements, you can voluntarily grant us access to location information permissions, so that you can check the distance of the device and Bluetooth functionality normal use.
(3) Support-related information. If you contact us through our support section or by email, we may collect your contact information, your complaints or feedback and any information you voluntarily provide in connection with this support. This type of information is used only to provide you with support services and is not linked to any other information collected from you through the Software and Services. The purposes of the information you submit are:
1) Operate and update the Software and Services;
2) Improve and customize the Software and Services and related services;
3) Maintain, test and monitor the quality and operation of the Software;
4) Provide you with support and deal with your complaints and/or feedback;
5) Take any steps in case of disputes involving you in relation to the Software and Services;
6) Comply with and fulfill any applicable laws, regulations, legal process or enforceable governmental requests.

2. Protection of Personal Information
We take precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and misuse as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

3.2 If Team undergoes a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition of another company, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will be included in the transferred assets.
3.3 Sharing with Authorized Partners: Only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, such as when some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your information for purposes that are lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit. Companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share information are bound by strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to handle the information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

We do not normally retain your personal data. The positioning function in this product is only used for Bluetooth identification, extraction, and operation during the use of the function, without any storage.

All other rights not stated in this Agreement shall remain with me. I reserve the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
